Kuryu and Asagi spend the night in the seaside resort town of Atami in order to question a victim of domestic violence, but when Chika's cold keeps her sidelined for the whole trip, Kuryu meets both the repentant but guileful boyfriend as well as the victim, who starts to get cold feet about pressing charges.
